1. Introduction

Welcome to Flores Beauty Group (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.floresbeautygroup.com, our CRM and automation platform, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, booking a strategy call, purchasing our Services, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Flores Beauty Group provides premium CRM, automation, AI tools, website development, and related digital solutions primarily for beauty professionals, salons, and service-based businesses.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Our services are billed under the following structure:

You agree to an initial non-cancellable 3-month commitment when subscribing.

You will be charged for the first three (3) months at the start of the contract.

After the initial 3-month period, your subscription automatically converts to month-to-month billing.

All fees are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.

We may change pricing at any time. Changes will apply starting from the next billing cycle after the initial term.

5. Term and Termination

Your subscription starts on the signup date and runs for an initial 3-month term, which is non-cancellable.

After the first 3 months, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis.

Either party may cancel after the initial term by providing 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or fail to make payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, workflows, and materials we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during our engagement.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, while granting us limited rights to use it to deliver the Services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
